“So, I thought I would make this video in sequence to my dislike for this whole Stop Kony campaign. The reason why that I am against it is because, well, I think it’s a bunch of bullshit.
Now, I am 100% Ugandan, both of my parents were born and raised in Uganda, and I tend to visit there from time to time. Last time I went was in the summer of 2010. Now when I went there, we had problems with the Al Qaeda terrorist group. NOT the LRA terrorist group. Which is the army group that Kony is the leader of.
So last night I just see that this is like a trending topic on twitter, and like this video, has like millions and millions of views, and it’s about Uganda, and Kony, so I ask my mom and my mom laughs and goes “He died like 5 years ago.” And I ask my dad and he’s laughing about it and he goes “Why are we talking about this?” And the reason why is because Kony’s army group formed 22 years ago. When my parents still lived in Uganda. And they did their worst over 10 years ago. And they haven’t struck again in 6 years. So, why is this video being put out now? And the whole thing is to stop Kony, when we have the US government and other national governments interfering, and they have been since 2008. And they still have yet to find Kony. And there’s also rumors that Kony’s dead, and that he’s not in Uganda. So…if we have military groups looking for Kony in Uganda, but he’s not in Uganda…what are we doing?
And the video, which was, great editing and like, the quality and everything, I was like, wow, this is very like, high-tech. Um, I looked into the Invisible Children, they make over 13 million dollars a year as a company, and 31% of their donations actually go to the causes. And the donations that Invisible Children would send would have to go to the Ugandan military to help fight off Kony. But if Kony is not in Uganda, the Ugandan military can’t cross in to other territories. So what would they do? (Sascha here: some info about Ugandan military)
And, I always talk to my brother, who’s never left Uganda, and my grandmother, one of my grandmothers, both of them still live in Uganda as well, and every single time that I have been there, and I usually stay there for months at a time, not once did they ever mention Kony. So, why are they making it seem like Uganda is one big hellhole because of Kony? Because it’s not! So this video isn’t really giving you the correct information. So before you go out and you’re like “Stop Kony 2012!, and change your facebook profile picture, and make all these tweets about Kony, you should probably educate yourself. I mean, you shouldn’t base it off of one youtube video that a guy makes $90,000 a year for making these videos. He doesn’t make it because he flies around the country and feels bad and decides he’s gonna sit at home and make this fantastic video to hope to make the world a better place. No. He is making a great living off of this.
I mean, it’s great if you want to do send donations anywhere for any causes, but you should probably do that through somewhere more…trustworthy? Like, the Amnesty International? And then it’s like, what happens to the other causes, like Darfur? That AIDS movement, the Red movement? That kind of just went away? And then what’s gonna happen, how long is this gonna last? Are we gonna care about Kony until we actually get him? Or is it gonna take something else to go on? Because there is something else going on right now, and you would know, if you watch the news…I mean I’m not judging you if you don’t watch the news, but I mean you wouldn’t know unless you watch the news, or someone who watches the news tells you, which is Syria. And what’s going on in Syria is way more extreme than what’s going on or what has gone on, excuse me, when Kony was striking.
So, I just really want people to educate themselves. I think it’s great to become aware of things but this is something that’s being blown out of proportion, and the people who are doing it and who started it are making a lot, a lot, a lot a lot a lot of money off of this. And a lot of money off of us. So yeah, just like, educate yourself.
Woo! But go Africa, I mean I love Uganda, it’s a beautiful place, if you wanna go visit it, it’s fun! But um, go for the right reasons. Thank you!

No, but I do believe you’ve been thinking about them even if unconsciously. Unless the person is very advance with dream techniques and wishes to dream about you and you two share a dream, it does not happen just like that. Most of the time is yourself thinking about them.

I feel the need to express myself about this matter. I find it heartbreaking to see many negative comments in tumblr and twitter about this campaign. It is sad because people are ignorant and not looking beyond the meaning of it. If you see the last part of the video, you realize it is part of something much bigger than just capturing a man. It is capturing a man and WE knowing is the right thing to do. It is wondering why send so many soldiers to capture a man who supposedly blew up the twin towers while a man here is slaving so many children in the name of evil. He says it so himself, you either follow good for your whole life or evil and he choose evil, he is doing it out of pleasure and power, nothing else. The kids are even being sent to kill their own families. Why if they send so many troops to kill a man in the middle east, why not in Africa too?
Why care of something happening so far away?
People need to realize this is no longer just one country. We no longer just a few millions under one rule. We are a world, or billions, under one life and sky. We are connected like never before, we are stronger now than before. As old generations of people in power die, we shape a new future together. Joining this movement is but a cry for this future. If you don’t care about this now, would you care about the kind of future you offer to your kids or grand-kids? Are you selfish enough to say -I won’t be here anyway-?
Terrorists in the middle east do the same with kids, why should this be different?
It is different and it is not. The fact that we can do something about this guy, will makes us be able to do something about those kids also. If you don’t care about these children, why would you care about those? Is hypocrite. This campaign is to show justice to the world. Sure we didn’t care 20 years ago. 20 years ago we didn’t knew, and so we didn’t care. We now know, and it is irresponsible as a human being not to care when you know.
In conclusion, this is a movement, for our own future. If there is no justice to these kids, what makes you sure there will be any for your own? Is one world, is one race, one nation, we are all in this boat together. And there is no where else to go. This movement is about making it right, it’s about raising consciousness and awareness about our own power to shape our future. A future where children don’t wish to die. A future where no one is alone or hungry in the dark. It is about claiming our voice as people of this world, OUR world, and not just of a few rich ones, and making it right, for OUR children and those to come.
Old generations will pass. Let us raise new ones with a new way of life, a new line of thought and a new sense of unity and responsibility. Starting with caring about this campaign. If you are turning your back on it, or criticize it, you are turning your back on the future, life and the world itself.
GET INVOLVED. STOP AT NOTHING. THE WORLD MUST KNOW.
I dare you to stop scrolling through your dashboard. Stop checking your Facebook newsfeed that you’ve already checked two seconds ago. Stop updating your Twitter and seeing what your favorite celebrities are saying. Stop watching funny and nonsense videos on Youtube. Take time to educate yourself to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in this world. Restless Mind
I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t given my mind a rest lately. Sometimes I am too caught up in daydreaming that I make it hurt. But my nights have been restless. Although through the day I am quite in a good mood. My dreams lately involve anger and blood and death. Which means my energy levels are beginning to drop. Just a stage. I need to ground myself again and give my mind some rest. Use the rest time to actually quiet it instead of constantly forcing it to think a next scene of my imaginary movies. The dreams have been chaotic, meaningless and negative. I seriously need to stop thinking and meditate for a while. Thing is, I will begin to work soon finally and I guess the anxiety is working up on me. :D
The next dream was posted and requested to keep as much privacy as possible. So I omitted the background RL details (which by the way are incredibly helpful for the analysis). This dreamer also helped me with detailed imagery, and distinction between who was who. It is a very psychological dream…

Basically, in simple words as possible, is keeping your mind awake while your body is asleep. I usually do a rocking technique where I imagine my body floating, is like being on a boat. Eventually my body relax. But I haven’t been able to fully astral project like this during the day. My astral projections happen spontaneously at night, usually around 3am if i wake up while my body is still asleep. Then I follow the vibrations and I’m out. Everyone works with different ways to accomplish this.
The one way I recommend to everyone, which should be easier is to first learn to remember dreams, then to be able to control them. Once you are familiar with lucid dream, you can use this to command yourself to leave the body to an astral plane. This ALWAYS works for me. But I really prefer to feel myself leaving the body and not doing it from dreaming, it’s just a preference as I enjoy the sensation. Lucid dream first and then with it’s help you can accomplish astral travel easier. Reading Out of Body Experiences by Robert Peterson helped me a lot to understand what I experience and recognize it in time to be able to astral project.
